What brought you to Renegade Fitness in the
My friend Nancy recommended that I go. She has had great success and I wanted the same for myself.
What are your goals?
To be healthier and stronger. I love to work out, but struggle with nutrition. I hope to start anew with the upcoming Kick Start program.
What kind of success have you had?
I strive to work out 3-4 times a week. I feel much stronger and more confident in my abilities at the gym. Having confidence carries over for me in my day to day life.
What is your favorite thing about Renegade Fitness?
You incorporate the personal warm up with the group workout.
You are ALWAYS on time.
Your fitness coaches are very friendly, give great tips and help keep you on track..no matter what fitness level you are they help you to challenge yourself.
