What is the “Life Program”?
LIFE is a program that is designed for you as an individual. One of our favorite lines is “Our goal is simple: to help you reach yours!”
Whether you are looking to lose weight, put on weight, improve athletic performance, get leaner, eat better… whatever your goal, this program will be designed specifically for you.
How does it work?
You will meet with your Food Coach several times 1on1 over the period of the program – spread out to be supportive and provide the accountability you need as you begin to modify your lifestyle.
In addition to your meetings, you will have full email access to your Food Coach. You’ll receive continuous, informative and supportive emails ensuring that you feel confident.
We’ll even sneak in recipes via email to keep your kitchen fresh!
You will receive a full comparison from start to finish of your achievements and game plan for your future.
*All meetings include a comprehensive journal review, full measurement/weight check-in, and counseling to making sure you’re moving in the right direction.
The LIFE nutrition program is so successful because our philosophy is based on balanced nutrition and portion sizes. We do not adhere to the starvation method to help you lose weight. We’ll teach you portion control and that no foods are off limits. This philosophy gives you tremendous freedom to enjoy the foods that you love. Eventually, anyone who is at all concerned with their health must educate themselves on how to feed their body, not starve it.
What the program includes:
- A 3-ring binder filled with valuable nutrition information and how it pertains to you as an individual.
- Lists to choose foods to create customized meals for your body and to help you reach your goals.
- Sample of portioned out breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners to help you learn how to create meals that work for your body, within your lifestyle.
- Lists of how to eat in all types of restaurants and how to order with confidence.
- A daily food journal to hold you accountable to your choices for your appointments with your own Food Coach.
