What Brought You To Renegade Fitness?
I started at Renegade because the Banachowski family told me I would love it and invited me to come to a workout. I started to plateau and get bored with my exercise routine after a shoulder injury and I needed to be pushed and start to have some accountability for my exercise.
What are your top Reasons for Training Right Now?
To be challenged and be excited each week to come to work out. Also, I need to push myself to be wedding dress and honeymoon ready 😉
What Kind Of Success Have You Had?
I am so happy that I did the 28 day KickStart nutrition program! I am very excited about the results that I have achieved and I want to make sure to continue and make this a long term lifestyle change. I saw changes in my body that I didn’t think were possible in just a few short weeks, and I have a plan and schedule that I know works.
What is Your Favorite Thing About Renegade Fitness?
The accountability, the trainers and knowing that someone is waiting for me to show up and work out that day – no excuses to not make it to the gym.
