I’m a Sylvania native and graduated from Bowling Green State University. After working in the corporate world for years I recently decided to follow my passion. I thought long and hard about what brought joy to my life and decided that I had to find a way to share that joy with others.
When I’m not at Renegade you will likely find me doing something active. I like to spin so I recently purchased a spin bike. I’m also studying to be a certified Pilates instructor and I love to bake and share my baked goods with others.
I originally came to Renegade as a client in September 2015 on a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for something to help me reach my fitness goals. I have always been active but several years ago I decided I wanted to be stronger. I have a bit of a short attention span so the idea of going to a traditional gym didn’t appeal to me. Finding Renegade and the small group setting was ideal for for me! The coaches pushed me and the ever changing workouts kept me interested. I now feel the strongest I’ve ever been!
Goals With Coaching
My goal as a coach is to inspire and motivation every client that walks thru the door. I know that life is busy and so many things can get in the way but it’s so important to take care of your body! I am also eager to learn and want to continue to soak up all of the knowledge I can from all of the other coaches and clients at Renegade! There’s such a diverse amount of knowledge to take in from all of the different backgrounds that have come together in this great community!
