At Renegade Fitness, Semi-Private Personal Training is individualized fitness training programs in groups of two to three clients.
Semi-Private Personal Training is a great way to get the best personal training for a much lower cost. You receive the personal attention, accountability, and custom program design that you would in personal training and the camaraderie, and affordability of large group training.
Working out with a buddy greatly increases your success in reaching your goals. Studies have shown that people are less likely to miss sessions and are more likely to stick with their nutrition plan with a strong support system. What could be more fun than working out with people you know and love with the added support of a fitness coach?
However, you don’t have to bring anyone to start personal training at Renegade!
If you don’t have anyone that you want to train with we will simply add you to an existing time slot. You can still take advantage of the affordability by signing up alone and we will add workout partners along the way.
What You Can Expect When Starting a Semi-Private Personal Training Program
Before you start training with us, we always take each prospective client though a success session with one of our coaches. A success session is a meeting where we take the time to get to know you and your goals, as well as take you through a Functional Movement Screen that helps us personalize your program. After we know your goals and assess the results of the Functional Movement Screen, we can begin tailoring a program specific to your needs that will get you the results you want in the fastest way possible.
The core of you work out will be tailored around your goals. Different goals require a different program design. Fat loss, injury rehab, sports performance, and maintaining fitness are all things we cater to in personal training.
What You Can Expect During a Semi-Private Personal Training Session
All Renegade Fitness training sessions begin with tissue quality. We will assist you in your tissue work by explaining the technique of foam rolling as well as assisting you with the areas specific to your needs.
After tissue quality, we will be addressing any strength/muscular imbalances, mobility, and/or stability issues that you might have. Skilled trainers will assign corrective exercises and a warm-up specific to your body.
