Hi everyone! I’m so happy to have joined the Renegade Team! I’m excited to join a positive group of people in a fun and dynamic environment that will allow me to immerse myself in the world of proper nutrition and fitness. I’m looking forward to learning from the Renegade trainers and interacting with members of the community.
I’m about to celebrate my fifteenth wedding anniversary and have a son who is going to be a senior this year at Evergreen High School. I’m currently working on completing my bachelor’s degree in Accounting at UT and looking forward to the football season. I love reading, seeing movies, and am always looking for local places to try.
Current Fitness Goals
My current fitness goals are related to understanding how proper nutrition and training can help me manage an autoimmune disorder. I have struggled with making fitness a priority and realistically incorporating nutrition into my busy lifestyle and I believe the tools Jen and Chris have created here at Renegade will help me cut through the excuses. I’m interested in learning proper form, and I’d like to strengthen my core and upper body. My long-term fitness goal is to be able to run 5k’s with my son without walking and eventually complete a 10k.
