Kate been coaching at Renegade since the beginning of 2019, but started as a client back in 2015! She loved the gym and overall philosophy so much she had to join the team. Her goal is to help people get in a great workout and leave feeling stronger and less stressed! Resistance training can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be! When she is not at Renegade you can find her instructing Pilates! She is a lover of all things food related, including tasting, traveling and learning about how it’s made. Kate also love to bake as a stress reliever and love shoes with quite an extensive collection!
