Kevin has been a coach at Renegade Fitness since 2019. He first got into fitness through his love of sports and always enjoyed the time spent in the gym. Kevin continued to follow this passion after college which led him to completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Ashland University. He enjoys working with people who have a variety of goals and fitness levels whether that be a veteran of the gym looking for a new challenge, someone just starting their fitness journey, athletes looking to improve performance, and more! Outside of the gym, Kevin considers himself a bit of a movie buff. And he doesn’t take that lightly. He has spent a significant amount of time studying film history and can be found at the movie theater several times per week, so if you ever want to talk movies or need a recommendation, just ask!
I love the overall atmosphere of this gym. The coaches are motivating and helpful, the workouts are challenging and fun, and the owners, Jen and Chris, are passionate about their clients. I look forward to working out—which is something I never thought I would say before I joined!
Renegade is more than just belonging to a gym, it is a community and most of all a family that supports and pushes you unconditionally. The trainers are beyond amazing and know each person's strengths and weaknesses and will modify where needed. This family has helped me through my toughest times in life and I have never felt stronger both physically and mentally. I HIGHLY recommend Renegade to all!!
