Stephanie has been coaching at Renegade Fitness since June (?) 2019. Her goal is to make people feel confident in their ability to increase strength and move better. She strives to make people feel comfortable and self-empowered. Outside of the gym, Stephanie can be found running, playing tag with her two kids, and researching exercise science and sport nutrition.
