The holidays are not the easiest time to stay on top of our fitness goals. It’s easy to skip training sessions, eat all the cookies and become wrapped up in the craziness that November thru January brings.
Well, you’re in luck, because we are bringing back an updated and refreshed Holiday Hustle Program…
November 18 – December 31
The Holiday Hustle is a 6-week accountability program designed to keep off the holiday weight, offer support and community, and guide you to your personal preferred balance of fitness!
Over the course of 6 weeks, we challenge you to stay committed to the healthy lifestyle you’ve been working towards.
Holiday Hustle Includes
We will be providing a nutrition guidance in this program to help you create success along the way. The overall outline will follow a Carb Cycling approach along with the foundational principles we teach in our 28-Day KickStart and LIFE nutrition coaching programs at RF.
We will also be using an easy to use app to help guide you DAILY on different nutritional habits and focuses, along with a carb cycling protocol to help offset the extra holiday festivities.
This challenge will NOT ask you to forgo holiday celebrations. (You can let out that sigh of relief now).
The goal is to have a regimen during your day to day, and not feeling like you have to skip or "say no" to the other things you enjoy during those special events and activities.
We will be taking a specific eating approach that should allow you to incorporate some of those treats and celebrations, while leading you into 2020 untouched by the holiday extra pounds.
It will happen in 3 phases:
PHASE 1 - Low carb (not "no" carb)
PHASE 2- Adds carbs to hard workout days
PAHSE 3- Client works with the coach to decide how to incorporate the 2 phases (possible adjust further) to allow you to continue past the 6 weeks.
You will be choosing your own foods based on your own preferences and we will be guiding you on which foods to pick from, portions and pairings to help guide you to success!
Your goal during the 6 week program will be to either maintain or lose weight from Thanksgiving to New Years! We will be tracking this through weigh ins and a body fat measurement at the start and end of the program.
At Renegade Fitness we use a heart rate system called MyZONE!
MyZone points (MEPs) will help monitor overall consistency and effort. Points will be tracked and scored weekly. The goal is to keep you consistent with workouts, both in and outside of the gym. This should nurture some friendly competition and motivation to keep up with each other throughout the challenge.
*MYZONE Effort Points are the metric by which workout effort is measured in our fitness tracking system. MEPs are earned by exercising in your target heart rate zones over a period of time during your workouts.

The more effort you put into each of your workouts, the more MEPs you earn!
Each week you will have the ability to earn points based upon your Myzone Effort as well as your compliance and participation with the nutrition component.
