What brought you to Renegade Fitness in the first place?

Most recently it's because I was still wearing maternity clothes 2 years after having my twins. I know from past experiences with weight gain and lose, that I had to focus more on my diet then the workout but I didn't know where to start. Keto? Paleo? Intermittent fasting? Weight watchers? They all seemed temporary, I needed more of a lifestyle change. So when I saw the 28-Day Kickstart program I knew I had to try it.

At first my progress was slow but I'm sure it's because my body was in shock. How can you go from eating out breakfast lunch and dinner to packing and using a food scale? But I kept with it and I'm planning on continuing with it.

I'm currently down 27 lbs and 3 pant sizes!

What are your current health/fitness goals?

I'm currently focusing on getting rid of/reducing my mom pouch stomach which is proving to be a pretty hard task. I also want to get outside more with running. My son who is 6 can beat me on a mile run so I would like to push each other to improve our times while spending time with him. 

What kind of success have you had?

While I'm really pleased with the weight loss, I think having more control over my eating and saying "no" and not regretting it, has been the real success. 

What is your favorite thing about Renegade Fitness?

All the trainers are great! They know you and don't let you get away with much;-) which makes the workouts fun and efficient- great for a busy mom!
